## Let us recommend options

Not sure what fits your deadline? Tap a category and we'll suggest options.

## A clear path to your deadline

### Your date, ZIP & quantity

Share when items must be in your hands — not just when they should ship.

### A real person checks

Our California team checks inventory, artwork and production time. Free digital mockups help you review your branding.

### Shipping quoted separately

Transit depends on your ZIP and shipping method. Faster shipping may cost extra; setup and shipping are quoted upfront.

### Approve before production

No rush production fees on eligible Advantage 24 orders. Timing is confirmed only after approved artwork and a confirmed order.

## Rush order questions

Can my products arrive by my event date?

Share your in-hand date, shipping ZIP and quantity. Our team checks stock, artwork, supplier production and carrier transit before confirming a suitable option and delivery timing. An inquiry does not reserve stock or guarantee arrival.

What does 24-hour production mean?

Advantage 24 is eligible supplier production after acceptance of a complete order and artwork, subject to the cutoff and rules below. It is not next-day delivery; shipping time is separate.

- 1 business day of supplier production — counted after a complete order with print-ready vector artwork (.ai, .eps or .pdf) is received by 9 PM Eastern and accepted by the supplier.
- One-color imprint in one standard imprint location only.
- Up to 1,000 units; limited to one rush order per item per day through our account.
- No pre-production proof from the supplier. Brand Owl's free mockup is not a supplier proof — you approve your mockup and quote (and payment is arranged) before we place a production-ready order.
- Ships to a single address. Production time and shipping time are separate; we confirm a realistic in-hand date only after checking stock, carrier transit and your ZIP.

What are the minimum quantities?

Minimum quantities are product-specific and shown on each card and in Quick View. Add a product to your quote to start with its listed minimum, then tell us your required quantity.

What is included in the listed price?

Each product’s listed price includes the decoration stated in its pricing details. Setup, additional decoration, shipping and applicable sales tax are separate. Check Quick View for product-specific decoration and setup charges; final pricing is confirmed in your quote.

Can you help me choose products?

Yes. Choose “Help me find the right products” in the inquiry below and share your date, ZIP and estimated quantity. You can ask for recommendations without selecting a product.
